RSCC plans satellites for 3D and HDTV in Russia

RSCC, the national satellite communications operator of Russia, is planning two new DTH satellites Express-AT1 and Express-AT2. At least 25% capacity on each is to be used for digital TV platforms in 3D and HDTV format for the Russian Federation. http://bit.ly/aKNZ0H
